Which app stores does this work with?
The App Store and Google Play. Paste either kind of link (an apps.apple.com URL or a play.google.com URL) and we'll detect which one it is.
Do I need to give you my store account or API keys?
No. We only need the app's public store listing URL, the same page anyone can already view without signing in to anything.
What exactly do I get for free?
Every report's #1 theme, the single biggest thing users complain about, unlocks in full for free, with real quotes and a suggested fix. The rest of the themes are visible but locked until you unlock the report or subscribe.
Are the quotes in a report real?
Yes. Every quote is a real review's text, shown verbatim. We never paraphrase or fabricate review content.
Do you store reviewer names or other personal information?
No. We only ever read and store the star rating, the review text, and the date it was posted, never a reviewer's username, handle, or profile information.
Can I re-run a report to see what's changed?
Yes: hit Refresh on any tracked app to pull the latest reviews and re-rank the themes, subject to the same free/paid allowance as generating a new report. Subscribers can refresh from the same monthly pool as new reports.
Is there a limit on how many reports subscribers can generate?
Yes: subscribers get 20 report generations per month (new reports and refreshes share the same pool), resetting every billing period. Need one more before it resets? A single pay-per-report top-up is $9.99, no waiting.
